Kick Ass with Mel Robbins book review
So I had heard of Mel Robbins before, actually a friend of mine had sent me one of her free Mindset Reset courses earlier this year. I signed up for it, but I never got round to actually doing it.
If you’re like me and you love a good freebie, you’ll love that Kick Ass with Mel Robbins is included in Audible’s Membership Library. This means that so long as you’re signed up, you can listen for free.
I was getting my gel nails removed, and there is little to no signal in the nail shop, so I downloaded this book and listened to it during my appointment.
Because it was free, I thought, ‘well, if I don’t love it, I don’t lose nothing!’
by the time I had walked out of that shop, I had with me short naked nails, and a new found love for a lady named Mel Robbins!
I loved how she had real people on the show. I love how she swore. I loved how she could relate her own experiences to the clients she coached. I loved to see coaching in action and the hesitations and acceptances that coachees expressed while doing the work.
I loved the way she could read between the lines and most of all - I loved how Mel Robbins served as a model in how we too can cut the crap, face reality and move in the direction of flow an abundance.
Each coaching session was - in my humble opinion - the perfect length. Long enough to get the juice and see the transformation but also short enough to to fit nicely within this audiobook, along with a range of other people and their scenarios.
I’m Kick Ass with Mel Robbins topics such as
Overcoming procrastination
Coming out as Gay / Accepting Self
Ascending out of Bankruptcy and into Abundance
