What is Wellness?
Wellness is the active choosing of things, thoughts and feelings that promote a sense of feeling well, energised and happy.
Lifestyle choices and your daily habits all add up to build your life to be what it is. If you don't already, choose more things that make you feel good.
Some of my favourite wellness lifestyle choices are
- to set and openly speak about my boundaries with people
- to write a little everyday
- to dance whenever and wherever
- to create and film content
- to eat a plant-based flexitarian diet
- to take long deep breaths to activate that sense of calm
Having a positive mindset has really opened up this lifestyle of wellness. I have prated gratitude for over 10 years and it has literally changed my life.
